Description: Yesterday national grid came into my home through my basement unannounced, I was in my home and heard noises, I called out because I thought it was a family member. By the time I came down to Check they were gone. They shut off my gas because my bill is overdue and very high. I understand the reason but just to sneak into my basement is wrong, what if I had a weapon and thought it was an intruder. They left no notifications the moved some things around and never put them back. I didn’t know who entered my home until I tried to turn on my stove. I have a spinal cord injury and can’t move well so it took me a while to get down the stairs.
