Description
Circuit Rd in Franklin Park behind the Shattuck near the tennis courts needs a cut out or ramp for bicycle access because the gate is always locked. Coming from the tennis courts, bikes can ride off the curb which is obvious from the photo. But coming from Scarboro Pond approaching tennis courts it's impossible to ride up that curb. And it's difficult to get off and lift your bike if it's a heavy ebike or the rider is physically challenged. Thanks
