Improper Trash Storage

Description: Ongoing poor condition of property — prior complaint BCS-00282431 Please re-inspect this property for an ongoing accumulation of trash and debris. The condition has persisted for more than four weeks and through multiple scheduled trash collections. Bagged trash remains on the ground along with loose litter/debris and electrical cords, as shown in the attached photo. The trash barrels are being placed at the curb for collection, but the refuse and debris on the private property adjoining the sidewalk are not being removed. The previous 311 complaint (BCS-00282431) was closed because the barrels were at the curb on collection day. Since then, another collection has occurred and the underlying condition remains. Please evaluate the property for Code Enforcement/poor property conditions based on the persistent accumulation of refuse and debris after collection, rather than the placement of the barrels at the curb. Thank you.
