Description
JRF corporation at 75 Stedman St Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 Opens there property gate out onto Stedman street, and leans it on my emergency exit gate ; it is my units emergency exit gate. JRF corporation leaves it like that for the whole day. If there was a fire or an emergency evacuation, I would be stuck and not able to get out of my emergency exit gate. The building that is effected is 76 Stonley Apt 2 and Apt 4, because we are in the back of the Stonley building, which is where this issue is happening continuously. I’ve spoke to them to not block my emergency exit gate by leaning their fense on my emergency gate but they do it time and time again. I need assistance, or help on what to do next. I will upload pictures so you can see. What the gate looks like when left open, and what it should look like when it’s off my emergency exit gate.
