- As we have reported multiple times, the property at 12 Hinckley Street was purchased to be run as an illegal STR operated by stayheirloom.com The current guests (staying for only 4 nights not the required 10) can confirm it for you if you stop by and ask. (Unit #1) They are leaving on Sunday. The residents of the street would love to see some actual enforcement of the ordinance.
