Description
Reporting a structure visible from Miner Street that appears to be making an obscene gesture at pedestrians, cyclists, and at least one commuter rail station. Believed violation: City of Boston Code 16-8.5 (offensive display visible from the public right-of-way). Requested remedy: add a second finger so it reads as a peace sign. Will accept mittens as interim mitigation.
