- Music blasting from the parking lot at English High, it's been reported multiple times & still happening. It's vibrating everything & can be heard several blocks away. The city has a noise ordinance since nobody in charge of enforcing it seems aware of that or interested in doing their jobs, just keep taking the tax money.
