Description
Music blasting from the parking lot at English High, it's been going on for hours, the city website has the noise ordinance & definition of disturbing the peace since nobody at BPD or 311 seems aware or able to do their jobs. STOP CLOSING THE CASE & DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE NOISE.
