Description
It's astonishing that 311 & Boston police are so incompetent & don't care that since 2pm the city's noise ordinance has been violated. People are blasting music in the parking lot of English High in Jamaica Plain, disturbing the peace & getting away with it. Boston police are apparently powerless against speakers.
