- Tenants at 130 P Street have placed their garbage out on the street. Our trash day is not until tomorrow. Please cite this property as the property owners do nothing educate about proper trash storage and removal and as a result abutters have been dealing with an ongoing rat problem because of them. The property owners do nothing to mitigate the ongoing issue. These tenants leave garbage piled up for weeks on end in the backyard and rats are crawling around everywhere around our property.
