- Trash Day is not until Tuesday. Please send a violation to 130 P Street because this is the only way these people learn. The owners of this property need to be put on a absentee bad landlord list. Ive been here for 5 yrs and not a day goes by where i haven’t seen a rat at night scurrying around their property going down the alley. A few months ago a rat down their front steps and underneath a car. Their backyard is filled with filth.
