Fallen Tree or Branches

Description: Fallen tree in our yard from neighbors. Already submitted a report earlier today. Saw a truck come to their house and nothing resulted. The case was closed because it is a private property. No one showed up at our address to inquire or see how they can address the issue. The neighbors have been unresponsive to our attempts to contact them when we show up at their door. We now have their tree in our backyard that has fallen. There are two more trees on their property that look like they will top over because are unhealthy. This is a hazard. We have grandchildren, and nephews that play in our yard. Their neighbor on the tree side also has a pool and regularly have children and family there. It is a hazard to have sick trees that have the potential of falling in any direction that could hurt any of the children or family. Hoping the city can do something about this. The tree is now in our yard at 23 Ruffing Street.
