Description: Inspectional Services: Environmental Services: Abandoned Building, 84 Elm St. Raccoons and squirrels living inside. Rats active. Trash and house debris on property for over a year in the back. Rotting wood and window frames, windows falling out. Gutters fell off leaving Soffits and fascia open to the elements and animals in several places. Skylight has been open to elements for several years. Concerns about safety with wind and rain and many young children walking by daily. Concerns about fire. History of frozen and burst pipe several years ago when no one was home that caused damage to 82 Elm St. No one appears to be living there for the past 8-10 months.
