- Wally st and waldemar ave in East Boston have been torn up for days and just left like that there hasn’t been any work done in days. The streets are barely useable with all the metal and pipes sticking up from the ground they’re serious hazards I almost got into an accident because I was trying to didge them and the car behind me almost hit me. If I pop my tires will the city replace them for leaving the streets like that?
