- Following up on a previous case:BCS-00297170 that was coded “access issue” there is nothing preventing the trash from being examined. Trash left out early. Residential trash was placed out Monday early evening and next pick up isn’t scheduled until Thursday. Please come & issue a citation to stop this rude behavior. There are rats around and this behavior invites others to also place trash out early which provides the rodents with a feast.
