- I have only one egressway if a fire happens I could be trapped in the house unless I jump out window. From what I'm told a rental unit must have 2 egressways.. I was also asleep in the house when the landlord released 4 to 5 bedbug/flea bombs in the kitchen that is adjacent to my bedroom /living area with no notice or warnings . I plan to seek help at housing court since the Boston Police say that is a civil issue.
