Construction Debris

Description: I don’t know if this counts as construction debris but it is construction related. The new hotel being built in Boston landing is directly in front of my apartment complex. For over a month now my dog has been waking up at 2:30am mon-fri morning to cry. I don’t know if something is being turned on that is freaking her out but I’ve seen bright blue lights multiple times. I’ve taken her to the vet multiple times to make sure it’s not her. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying different anxiety meds for her and nothing is working. This same problem was happening last year and stopped over summer so i thought we were in the clear. I genuinely feel like this has to be construction related. We’ve lived in the apartment for almost 3 years and it all started with the construction. Please I’m begging you to help me figure out what the problem is so we can fix it. The rent is genuinely way to expensive to not be able to sleep through the night and go to work in the morning
