- Again i come to you. Since 2:30am my dog has been freaking out. It has been over a month of this. I am sorry i did not submit right at 2:30am as you can imagine i was hoping i could get some sleep. I think there is some type of noise pollution from the hotel being built that is freaking her out. I can’t hear it so i fear it is at a frequency undetectable by humans and my complaints are going to keep getting ignored.
