- Cement concrete was dumped in the roadway at Columbus and Northhampton sometime between June 2026 and now. Striping of the crosswalk occurred after the concrete was dumped. This is causing a safety hazard for pedestrians and cyclists and was not a roadway repair. This needs to be removed.
