Description: Workers arrived at 7pm and began construction work including putting up drywall and plastering. The coordinating contractor has been reminded many many times that the city’s construction hours are 7am to 6pm on weekdays, although he states he did not know this rule every time unapproved after hours work occurs. The workers were asked to stop the loud work and told about the work hours restriction. They packed up and left after this, but they did say they’d plan to come back tomorrow instead. They were then reminded about the restrictions on work during weekends without an off-hours permit, which they do not have for tomorrow (according to both the workers and the off-hours permit database).
