Opening multiple cases to force your team to stop ignoring this :) I called 311 Friday after my trash pickup was neglected by the city. Bins were on the curb at the right time, no bin damage, prohibited items, etc. Youe service told me they’d come pick it up likely by Saturday daytime. It is now Saturday evening and the trash bins are still stinking up my yard and home. I called 311 again and your rep admitted to lying, saying it won’t be picked up until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest?? Why do I deserve to live in squalor? This is embarrassing and everyone involved should lose their jobs. Pick up my trash ASAP or feel free to live among the stench like you’re forcing me to
