Description
I’ve been waiting for 311 to take care of my missed trash pickup ALL WEEKEND. I put my bins out on the sidewalk Thursday night for our Friday pickup. No bin damage, no prohibited items, etc. just like I do every week. Trash truck picked up everyone’s trash except mine. I’ve been calling, putting in online reports, BEGGING 311 to do something about this. All I’ve received it “oh we’ll send someone out today”, “oh sorry it’s going to take two more business days”, no clear answers, just lies and trash bins still filled. To make matters worse, I received a call from Jamie at DPW who was wicked rude to me. Accused me of not having my bins out on time or out on the street. Lied about sending multiple attempts to collect them, but I saw nobody try and the bins are still filled with trash. You guys have closed my cases, yet the problem isn’t fixed. This is embarrassing and everyone involved should be fired. Why is it so hard to get normal trash pickup. Just PLEASE take care of this so I don’t have to keep opening up multiple cases.
