- While dining at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar at 39A District Ave, Dorchester, MA 02125, I saw a live mouse running on the floor inside the restaurant’s dining area. This occurred while customers were dining. I am concerned about the sanitation and food safety implications of a live rodent being present inside the restaurant. I would appreciate it if the Health Division could investigate the situation and conduct an inspection as appropriate.
