- Please tell me why 170 Commercial St. is allowed to post Tow Zone permits in front of 158 Commercial st? This is so rude and disrespectful to residents. And cars without permit stickers were not towed! You made us move and pay to park for no reason today! Who do I send the parking lot bill to? Please, be kind to the residents.
