- Spur bar Space savers are only allowed during snow emergencies . Per previous 311 saying it was ok for construction vehicles .. we have no resident parking in this area and this is not fair to residents . Imagine if every business did this because they’re renovating it would be chaos why is this business allowed to do it for months with no recourse. Follow the parking rules no space savers or unauthorized parking without a permit
