Bulk Trash / Illegal Dumping – Long-Term Sidewalk Obstruction A broken portable basketball hoop has been left on the sidewalk near 234 Hyde Park Ave for an extended period of time. It appears to have been dumped by a neighbor and never collected. The hoop’s base and pole are obstructing the public sidewalk, creating a pedestrian hazard.
