Description
An upholstered gray ottoman/footstool and a torn/damaged upholstered cushion or chair arm piece have been dumped on the sidewalk near E 7th and G ST, next to a utility pole at the corner. The furniture appears torn and weathered, is not in usable condition, and was not placed there by me or anyone in my household. It is blocking part of the sidewalk near a marked crosswalk.
