- Persistent noise and air quality violations caused by temporary equipment operating overnight in the bus loop area of Back Bay Station, directly adjacent to the residential property. The project contractor has deployed mobile diesel light towers (specifically Wacker Neuson LTN series or similar units) that run continuously throughout late-night and early-morning hours. This is scheduled for to be in place for the next six months. Please urgently investigate for air quality and noise level
