Description
The plants on the Bill Russell Bridge are not being maintained at all. Weeds have totally taken over. They are even climbing up the trees and choking them. They are invading other plants as well. The Wysteria plants are not growing at all. They are the wrong choice for that venue. The choice of Hops would be a better selection for climbing up the heavy wires and much easier to maintain on an annual basis.
