Description
Frequent persistent low humming/buzzing/ vibrating noise that comes in and out. It is so loud tonight that it has woken us up. Sound machines are not a match to cover the noise up. This noise has been going on for years. Today is probably one of the loudest the noise has ever gotten. It’s unbearable.
