Description
Construction crews have the sidewalk blocked with no signage and now safe passage to the other side. City standards are that they must offer safe crossing or protected passage. Schools are in session and kids are all over the place. They are forcing people to walk onto busy Dorchester Ave to get around construction. What happens when a child is hit by a car walking to school?
