- The laundry machines provided by the landlord have been inoperable since approximately January 1, 2026. I have not received any communication regarding an attempted repair, technician visit, replacement, or anticipated repair date. The lease provision regarding "delays in repairing laundry equipment" does not appear to address a situation in which the equipment has remained unusable for approximately eight months without any apparent repair effort. Please provide, in writing, the status of the laundry equipment and a date by which it will be repaired or replaced.
