Description
Empty lot on 32 Richfield st. Is abandoned for a while. Has lists of grass and a lot of mosquitos are coming out of it since they have a sum pump 24/7 pumping water out to the street. The side walk has algae and my elderly neighbor and my daughter were going to fall due to the algae on the side walk. Mosquitos have becoming a big issue around here.
