- Does Animal Control patrol? There is an alarming and growing trend of dog owners walking their dogs off- leash in this area. All sorts of small, medium, and large breeds to include pit bulls are off-leash. No one knows where these dog owners live, but they are seen daily and weekly throughout the neighborhood. Please help enforce the leash laws in this area. Thanks.
