- Hi. I'm Lieutenant Brian Moran with the Tufts University Police Department. I'm writing to request that the curbing in the area of our Tufts loading dock, located at 37 Tyler Street, Boston, receive a fresh re-painting of the yellow color indicating the No-Parking Zones. Exisiting paint has faded and chipped away in many areas. The construction of the new Chinatown Public Libray across from the loading dock, and the placement of Jersey barriers associated with the construction, have severly diminished the width of the roadway, making the movement of large trucks very challenging. I have been told by our Facilities personnel that Tufts used to paint the curbing themselves in the distant past. I believe we should defer to you to ensure the job is done properly and with official knowledge of the areas to be painted. Please call me on my cell phone if you wish to discuss the matter further. (978) 432-1313. Thank you. Respectfully, Lieutenant Brian Moran Tufts University Police Department
