- Location : City owned wedge of land near 56 Harding Road- Your Locator does not allow this street area to be enetered!I It is where Harding Road 02131 and Bradstreet Ave. 02131, meet . The number on the mailbox is 56 even though your locator says 58. Please send someone in person instead of rejecting for the sake of safety. There is a tree on city owned land with a branch, hanging straight into the middle of the street, waiting to drop on someone's head. This branch is like a pendulum and is hanging on by bark . There is a strong liklihood of it falling and hoping and praying that it does not fall on a child's head who is walking by or on a vehicle- many vehicles use this "private" road as a cut thru. The tree itself is ready to fall and is listing at a 60 degree angle. The exact location is on a wedge of CITY OWNED LAND in front of 56 Harding Road.Attached are photos of : File #1the hanging branch and an oncoming vehicle (BRANCH circled in Yellow with yellow arrow pointing) File 2 Tree to left in photo, mailbox says 56 Harding Road, for the location of the tree on a wedge of City Owned land File 3 Photo of pendulum ready to drop on someone's head. Adding that the Capitol Rubbish truck that picks up trash (not the recycle) first collided with this tree and subsequently any tall vehicle eg Fed Ex makes contact with it adding further damage and tilting. Please address this serious safety concern.
