- 34 Cambridge Street/The Graphic Lofts has two elevators serving four residential floors, a parking level, and the rooftop. One elevator has been out of service for approximately one week. The second elevator became inoperable on September 4, leaving the building with no functioning elevators. Management has acknowledged in writing that both elevators are out of service. In a subsequent notice, management stated that if the elevators cannot be restored over the weekend, the elevator contractor is scheduled to be onsite Tuesday. I am concerned about the prolonged outage of the first elevator, the complete loss of elevator access, lack of a contingency plan for residents who cannot use the stairs, and whether timely repairs and required accessibility measures are being provided.
