Description
Please note this area along the tennis courts in East Boston Memorial Park. The Boston Parks and Recreation Department paid a contractor to plant grass along the tennis courts, as part of the recent renovation of the tennis courts. Instead of planting grass, the contractor planted weeds, and got away with it. It was clear when the contractor did this, that there job was inadequate. I'm not sure how the BPR staff in the East Boston Memorial Park could not notice this, or have corrected it, over the past 2 months. This condition has existed for 2 months. It is unsightly. BPR should do better. Please fix this. Thank you.
