Description
There is hazardous broken glass in the playground by the Hernandez School. There is shattered glass on playground area and plenty of alcohol bottles around the area where the kids play. Here an example. The trash cans are both overflowing with waste. In working on garden today I picked up human waste, diapers and other disgusting garbage. The school starts on Tuesday and it is a disaster
