Trash Placed Out Early

Description: Trash is supposed to be out by 7 yet today they came by before 6:30am and took trash and so we are now stuck with our trash because they came before they are supposed to. If trash is going to get collected BEFORE they say it is then it should be known to residents. I have filed so many complaints about the garbage collectors due to various reasons but this is just ridiculous.
