Improper Trash Storage

Description: I have reported this more times than I can count and nothing has been done about it. Lazuri cafe and all of the resturants they own in union Square allston leave their dumpsters wide open 24/7. It has lead to a massive influx of rats in the area yet they continue to operate like nothing is wrong. This doesn't even address how their outdoor tables have people smoking on them with ash trays provided by Lazuri all night
