Description
In front of 48/50 Hereford Street, someone continues to leave trash on the sidewalk directly in front of the handicapped parking spot. This is now the second time this has happened. The City does a great job responding and cleaning up these situations, and I appreciate that. However, the issue needs to be addressed with whoever continues to illegally place the trash there. The repeated cleanups may be giving them the impression that this is an acceptable place to leave it. Trash should be placed in the alleyway, not left on the sidewalk wherever and whenever someone chooses. Could someone please look into identifying the source of this ongoing issue and address it directly so that it can be eliminated going forward, rather than requiring the City to repeatedly clean it up? Thank you.
