- Tenant Bruce in unit #305 Irving has been told several times about his dogs dropping objects after quiet hours above my unit. It is 12:10am. Mr. Irving is now a defendant in a Superior Court case because of the noise and he is still subjecting me to this harassment. I just want to put it on record for court that I have told you guys about this for months and it is still happening.
