- Illegal Airbnb operating at 6 Baystate Place for 9+ months. Owner of property does not live there and none of neighbors ever informed. Latest guests arriving at 2:00 am, waking up neighbors, trying to figure out where they should park, not realizing there is no parking… please cross reference with 911 call placed. Please address and enforce violation of short term rental regulations. See open reports on same is from 3 months ago, including link to the listing on AirBnB.
