- I am writing to report a suspicious sidewalk sign advertising an open Section 8 housing waiting list in front of 3 Lorne Street, Dorchester MA 02124 The sign displays the name "Jonathan Realty Company" (25 Braintree Hill Park, Suite 304, Braintree, MA 02184) and lists a commercial contact email address using a Yahoo domain (JRCwaitlist@yahoo.com). I am reporting this due to concerns about potential fraudulent housing applications, unauthorized solicitation targeting low-income residents, or illegal sign placement on public sidewalks. Please investigate whether this company is an authorized manager for a legitimate BHA/Section 8 waiting list and if the sign is permitted.
