- Description
- The neighboring property at 15 Claymont Terrace has an outdoor motion-detector spotlight that is improperly aimed. The sensor's detection field extends off their property lines and into our complex's driveway/parking lot (135 Neponset). As a result, the unshielded light aggressively flashes across our shared driveway and directly onto our property every time a resident enters or moves. This creates constant nighttime light trespass and a private property nuisance under local code enforcement rules. Requesting an inspector to issue a notice for the owner to shield the light or mask/re-aim the motion sensor lens so it stays contained to their property line.
