Description
BOS:311 EMERGENCY ESCALATION Second formal notice of structural property neglect and sanitary code infractions at 600 Columbia Road. Comprehensive photo audit documents extensive window graffiti blighting storefronts (Ordinance CBC 16-29), severe loose trash fields and unmitigated food debris spanning the brick steps (CBC 16-12.2), and hazardous organic liquid runoff. Furthermore, absolute security failure exists with unabated front threshold loitering and transients trespassing/sleeping inside the main foyer entrance. These volatile conditions prevent residents, seniors, and students from accessing the building unmolested, presenting immediate potential for serious criminal acts.
