Trash Placed Out Early

Description: Trash placed out wrong location, didn't get picked up. 443 Hanover St., repeat offender. They keep putting their residentisl trash out around the Big Belly trash compactor at the corner. Pleae help inform the residents here to not put their household trash with the big belly trash compactor. I know this can be confusing because it's a trash can, and there's no sign saying not to, and it's odd that the trash for residents can't go in the big belly compactors, but the regular weekly garbage men won't pick it up from the Big Belly trash cans, and the city employees won't pick up residential trash left next to the Big Belly compactors either.
