- The north end streets and sidewalks are dirtier than ever. Litter, food/trash day scraps, festival confetti. Has the city reduced funding for street/sidewalk attendants/sweepers? Prince street between Thatcher and Salem and North Margin by Regina’s are especially bad. Thank you.
