- This sewer cap is approximately 3 inches above sidewalk level. It is a tripping hazard and has now caused me a second serious injury as a result of the fact that it is not being repaired, just patched. It needs to be repaired because it keeps my rat out of the sidewalk and someone is going to be very seriously injured.
